The visit starts with a tour of our ancient cellars, the old wine press and wine making tools. We explain why it is that Burgundy wine is so famous, and introduce some of the great present day wine makers of Gevrey Chambertin with a tutored tasting of their wines. The association of Gevrey Chambertin with famous statespersons of the past is explained, and there is an opportunity to view the art collection of Les Deux Chevres, including vineyard inspired work by local artist Joyce Delimata. .
